Description of Services
We offer organized retreats in Egypt, both on yachts and on the shore. You can book a retreat through our website, and payment is made based on an invoice issued by our company. For any questions, please contact us at [email protected] or +2 (010) 143939 43
Booking and Cancellation
Retreats require a minimum group size of 12 participants. If the number of booked participants is less than 12, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the retreat and provide a full refund of any paid funds. However, the client may transfer the paid funds to another retreat upon mutual agreement.The client has the right to cancel the retreat. If the cancellation occurs 60 days or more before the start, the client receives a full refund. If the cancellation is 40-60 days before, the company will withhold a 20% penalty from the total invoice amount. For cancellations 20-40 days before, the penalty is 50%. For cancellations less than 20 days before, the company will withhold a 75% penalty from the total invoice amount. In case of medical or family emergencies, the company may provide a partial refund or opportunity to reschedule at its discretion.
Changes and Substitutions
The organizer reserves the right to substitute the hotel or yacht with an equivalent in terms of service and quality. The organizer also reserves the right to change the yacht route during the retreat due to weather, military restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances.
Yacht Retreats
For yacht retreats, the last night may be transferred from the yacht to a hotel of at least 4 stars.
Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol consumption is prohibited during the retreat. Guests who do not comply may be asked to leave without refund.
Liability Disclaimer
By participating, retreat guests accept responsibility for their own safety and health, and waive any liability claims against the company. Guests must follow all instructions provided by retreat staff.
Intellectual Property
All rights are reserved. Copying, reproducing, or distributing materials from our website without prior company permission is prohibited.
User Responsibilities
These terms of service are governed by Egyptian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
Data Privacy
The company collects certain personal information from retreat participants, which is used solely for the purpose of organizing and facilitating the retreats.
