Yes, we accommodate various dietary needs and preferences to ensure that all participants can enjoy nutritious and delicious meals throughout the retreat.

2. Are there group activities or workshops during the retreat?

Group activities and workshops are an integral part of the retreat experience, fostering connection, community, and shared learning among participants.

3. Is transportation provided to and from the retreat location?

Yes, we organize transportation from Hurghada or Marsa Alam airport/hotel to the retreat location and back. However, we are also ready to assist in arranging additional transfer services for an additional fee if needed.

4. Are there opportunities for one-on-one sessions with instructors?

Yes, participants may have the option to schedule private sessions with instructors for personalized guidance, feedback, and support during the retreat, for an additional fee.

5. Is there free time for personal relaxation and exploration?

Yes, we provide scheduled free time for participants to relax, reflect, and explore the surroundings at their own pace, fostering personal growth and rejuvenation.

6. What is the cancellation policy for the retreat?

Our cancellation policy allows for refunds based on the timing of the cancellation request. Please refer to our terms and conditions for specific details regarding cancellations.

7. Is there internet or phone service available during the retreat?

Depending on our location, however, to encourage a digital detox and promote mindfulness, we provide limited internet and phone service to allow participants to fully immerse themselves in the retreat experience.

8. Are there additional costs for equipment rentals or excursions?

Some activities may require equipment rentals or optional excursions, which may have additional costs. Details about any extra expenses will be provided before the retreat.

9. How much does a visa to Egypt cost, and how can it be obtained?

If your country of residence is among the countries eligible for the simplified visa regime with Egypt, then you simply need to purchase a visa upon arrival at the airport for $25 USD. Price changes may apply. Payment is accepted in cash only.

10. Will I feel comfortable on yacht in Egypt's summer?

Yes, Egypt is indeed a hot country, especially in the summer. However, the heat is not as intense on the water as it is on land. Additionally, our yacht is equipped with a modern climate control system, which ensures a comfortable temperature in each cabin and common area.

11. I'm afraid of seasickness. What if I start feeling unwell?

We deliberately choose large-sized yachts to avoid seasickness in case of rough seas. However, if you start feeling unwell, there is a medical kit onboard with basic medical supplies, including those for seasickness relief, to provide first aid.

12. How much does alcohol cost on the yacht?

We encourage you to spend a week without alcohol for the benefit of your health. Alcohol will not be sold on the yacht.

13. Do I need to bring towels on the yacht?

On the yacht, we provide sets of towels and ponchos after swimming. All of these will be regularly replaced with fresh ones. So, there's no need to overload your luggage.

14. Is there anything special I should bring with me?

We will be hosting some beautiful ceremonies during our retreat. If you bring your favorite beautiful dress that doesn't restrict your movement, it will be very useful.

15. Do I need to take care of travel insurance?

We won't be able to provide an insurance package here, so you should take care of it yourself.

16. I have allergies to some foods. What should I do?

It's very simple, just let us know in advance and we'll take care of your diet.

17. Can I join the program as yoga/qigong/meditation beginner?

Our team is highly professional and very flexible. We will tailor the program to your individual needs rather than the other way around. We welcome guests with any level of experience.

18. Any exciting diving spots along the route for a certified diver?

Yes, definitely. There will be. You will be accompanied by a professional instructor if you decide to dive with scuba gear. Just remember to bring along the appropriate documents and insurance policy.
